He carries rich experience through a portfolio of roles for over 19 years in Unilever from a Unit HR Manager to HR Business Partner for Enterprise Support in India & Global HR Director for two verticals - IT for Asia, Africa, Russia and IT. He held the office as a HR Director, Enterprise & Technology at Unilever in 2017 before moving on to Ola as the Vice President of Human Resources. Ganesh holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from XLRI, Jamshedpur.
